The most searched for &#8216;digital assets&#8217; are in the Netherlands, Nigeria and Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>Search volumes began to decline from May 2022 after <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/terras-death-spiral-how-and-why-luna-and-ust-collapsed\">the Terra ecosystem crash<\/a>, with a further drop occurring in November due to <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ftx-group-files-for-bankruptcy-sam-bankman-fried-resigns-as-ceo\">the collapsed FTX<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cryptoanalyst under the pseudonym Coin Bureau suggested that the negative trajectory of queries correlates <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/activity-on-cryptocurrency-exchanges-falls-to-the-lowest-since-october-2020\">with a drop in activity on crypto exchanges<\/a>. This occurred amid the popularity of meme cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n<p>In April, the number of bitcoin-related queries in the United States <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-tops-donald-trump-in-us-search-queries\">reached 1.9 million<\/a>.
