The firm is a subsidiary of the UAE broker Lockton Solution LLC-FZ.<\/p>\n<p>According to the country\u2019s legislation, a crypto-depository is a legal entity that provides an electronic platform for issuing, initial placement and custody of digital assets.<\/p>\n<p>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/napp.uz\/ru\/pages\/erlsp\">NAPP register<\/a>, alongside Lockton there are five companies with active licenses as digital asset providers: \u201ccrypto shops\u201d Crypto Trade Net, Crypto Market, Crypto Express and Cryptopay, as well as the Bitcoin exchange Kobea.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, the Uzbek authorities passed <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/rules-for-miners-and-a-step-toward-taxation-how-post-soviet-states-regulated-the-bitcoin-market-in-2022\">a raft of laws<\/a> regulating the cryptocurrency market. NAPP also <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/uzbekistan-approves-framework-for-issuing-and-circulating-digital-assets\">established<\/a> the framework for the issuance and circulation of digital assets.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nearly-all-bitcoin-exchanges-blocked-in-uzbekistan\">licensing and trading on crypto exchanges<\/a> rules have been approved.
