{"id":82754,"date":"2023-08-08T11:38:58","date_gmt":"2023-08-08T08:38:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=82754"},"modified":"2025-09-12T06:58:56","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T03:58:56","slug":"c-base-crypto-exchange-secures-license-in-uzbekistan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/c-base-crypto-exchange-secures-license-in-uzbekistan\/","title":{"rendered":"C-BASE crypto exchange secures license in Uzbekistan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Agency for Prospective Projects of Uzbekistan (NAPP) <a href=\"https:\/\/napp.uz\/ru\/news\/kripto-d-kon-faoliyatini-amalga-oshirish-uchun-navbatdagi-licenziya-berildi\">issued a license<\/a> for the operation of C-BASE\u2019s crypto shop.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to it, four other exchanges are listed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/napp.uz\/ru\/pages\/erlsp\">NAPP register<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/two-bitcoin-exchanges-have-been-licensed-in-uzbekistan\">Crypto Trade Net, Crypto Market<\/a>, Crypto Express and Cryptopay.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in June, Uzbekistan granted the first license in the country for operating a <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/uzbekistan-issues-first-crypto-depository-license\">crypto depository<\/a> to Lockton Hub.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, the authorities adopted a <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/rules-for-miners-and-a-step-toward-taxation-how-post-soviet-states-regulated-the-bitcoin-market-in-2022\">series of laws<\/a> regulating the cryptocurrency market. The NAPP also <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/uzbekistan-approves-framework-for-issuing-and-circulating-digital-assets\">established<\/a> the framework for the issuance and circulation of digital assets.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the rules for <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nearly-all-bitcoin-exchanges-blocked-in-uzbekistan\">licensing and trading on crypto exchanges<\/a> were established.
