In a company blog, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/en\/blog\/ecosystem\/binance-continues-to-serve-belgian-users-8435767371921116777\">it is stated<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cBinance Poland sp. z o.o. is now an entity that provides Binance services for Belgian residents. By doing so, Binance guarantees that it complies with its regulatory obligations and can continue to provide services to Belgian users,\u201d the exchange representatives stressed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>For ongoing operations, clients will need to accept a new user agreement and re-run certain <span data-descr=\"Know Your Customer\" class=\"old_tooltip\">KYC<\/span>-verifications in line with Polish law.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cBinance will be able to continue serving Belgian users in accordance with local regulatory requirements,\u201d the company added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In June 2023, the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority ordered Binance<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/belgium-orders-binance-to-cease-activities-in-the-country\"> to immediately cease<\/a> the provision of services related to digital assets in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier it was reported that the platform withdrew license applications <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/binances-uk-arm-deregisters-with-the-fca\">in the United Kingdom<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/binance-withdraws-german-license-application\">in Germany<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/media-binance-withdraws-license-application-in-austria\">in Austria<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/binance-seeks-to-withdraw-its-cyprus-registration\">in Cyprus<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/binance-to-exit-the-netherlands\">announced its withdrawal<\/a> from the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>On June 5, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/sec-files-suit-against-binance-and-changpeng-zhao\"> filed suit against Binance<\/a> and its chief executive Changpeng Zhao.
