This was reported by the Telegram channel <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/shot_shot\/56604\">SHOT<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the victim, in the Vykhino-Zhulebino district, two plainclothes officers attacked him. After putting him in handcuffs and placing him in a car, they said there was an open criminal case against the man.<\/p>\n<p>Then they took the trader&#8217;s mobile phone and transferred 9.6 BTC (26 million rubles at the time of the incident) from the wallet.<\/p>\n<p>The suspects were detained by the Internal Security Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
