The Hashdex Nasdaq Ethereum ETF is expected to list on this exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The product&#8217;s sponsor is Toroso Investments, Hashdex-controlled and CFTC-licensed, and a member of the National Futures Association (NFA).<\/p>\n<p>According to the filing, the instrument&#8217;s price will track the Nasdaq Ether Reference Price.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cInvesting in futures and holding cash in addition to spot Ethereum, the fund \u2026 mitigates concerns about potential manipulation on unregulated crypto exchanges,\u201d<\/em> the document says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Back in August, ARK Invest and 21Shares<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ark-invest-and-21shares-file-two-ethereum-futures-etfs\"> filed the application<\/a> for the launch of two Ethereum-futures ETFs.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, six firms, including Grayscale, ProShares, Bitwise and VanEck, had sought SEC approval for similar products <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/six-firms-file-applications-to-launch-an-ethereum-etf\">\u0437\u0430\u043f\u0440\u043e\u0441\u0438\u043b\u0438<\/a>.
