According to <a href=\\\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/proisshestviya\/18732807\\\">\u0422\u0410\u0421\u0421<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Before her arrest, Lyakhovenko held the post of senior investigator in the investigative department for the Tverskoy district of the Moscow main directorate of the Investigative Committee.<\/p>\n<p>She was charged with taking a bribe, exceeding her official powers, and falsifying evidence.<\/p>\n<p>According to investigators, Lyakhovenko &#8220;took no measures to confiscate cryptocurrency from the defendants in one of the criminal cases&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The former investigator will be held in custody until November 10.<\/p>\n<p>Marat Tambiev is <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/media-bitcoins-worth-28m-found-with-moscow-investigator\">accused<\/a> of taking a bribe from the Infraud Organization hackers for not freezing their assets.<\/p>\n<p>According to media reports, at the time of the arrest the cybercriminals provided access to ten cryptocurrency wallets, into which in December 2021 proceeds from their activities <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/media-court-seizes-1032-btc-from-wallets-of-investigator-in-the-infraud-organization-case\">amounting to 2,064 BTC<\/a> were deposited. Subsequently, all assets were withdrawn from the wallets.<\/p>\n<p>According to the testimony of one of the group\u2019s members, Mark Bergman, the real size of the bribe, requested by Tambiev, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/more-than-650-btc-go-missing-in-moscow-investigators-bitcoin-bribe-case\">amounted to 2718.6 BTC<\/a>. However, in the indictment presented to the investigator <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/media-bitcoins-worth-28m-found-with-moscow-investigator\">only 1032.1 BTC are specified<\/a>.
