said Jack Forrestell, Director of Product and Strategy.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Investments will be made through Visa Ventures \u2014 the payments company&#8217;s venture arm, established in 2007.<\/p>\n<p>In a comment to <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2023\/10\/02\/visa-earmarks-100m-to-invest-in-generative-ai-companies\/?guccounter=1\">TechCrunch<\/a>, David Rolf, head of Visa Ventures, said the firm &#8220;has considerable flexibility&#8221; with regard to the amount and average size of future investments.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Given the early stage of the industry&#8217;s development, we expect to make a number of small investments in the order of a few million dollars,&#8221;
