HR managers using the tool will be able to pose questions and search criteria in natural language, and the AI will select the most suitable resumes.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the tool can be used to create recruitment advertising campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the recruiting tool, LinkedIn also launched an AI-powered training program in the LinkedIn Learning section.
