Once deployed, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24CLSK&#038;src=ctag&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$CLSK<\/a>&#8216;s fleet is expected to average 23.5 joules per\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/hraCn1NTUo\">pic.twitter.com\/hraCn1NTUo<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 CleanSpark Inc. The firm noted that the deal was struck on favorable terms. They include seller financing of 20% of the total purchase price ($12.35 million or $2.8 per TH\/s). The loan repayment term will be 365 days after the transfer of the devices.<\/p>\n<p>CleanSpark expects that once all miners are deployed, the company&#8217;s hashrate will exceed 20 EH\/s.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe S21\u2019s efficiency should not only increase our capacity but also reduce electricity costs per bitcoin mined [\u2026] As a result, we expect to finance most of the purchase through operating cash flows,\u201d said CleanSpark CEO Zach Bradford.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The energy efficiency of the new Bitmain miner is 17.5 J\/TH, nearly 20% lower than the S19 XP.<\/p>\n<p>By deploying the new batch of equipment, the company aims to improve the fleet&#8217;s overall energy efficiency from 28.4 J\/TH to 23.5 J\/TH \u2014 a 17.25% improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the stated financing figures, the deal is worth $61.75 million, with devices costing CleanSpark $14 per TH\/s.<\/p>\n<p>In early October, Australian bitcoin miner Iris Energy announced the purchase from Bitmain of <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/iris-energy-to-spend-19-6-million-on-purchase-of-7000-bitcoin-miners\">7,000 units of Antminer S21 for $19.6 million<\/a> \u2014 also at $14 per TH\/s.
