A replacement can be ordered until 6 December.<\/p>\n<p>The changes also affect the cards of Ukrainian refugees. As an alternative, the company offers Binance Pay.<\/p>\n<p>Binance Card was launched in the spring of 2020. It allowed users to make purchases in Bitcoin and BNB at 46 million points of sale in 200 countries. In September of that year, Binance Visa cards became available in Europe.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\n<cite>\u201cAlthough Binance users worldwide have been using the Binance Visa debit card for everyday payments with crypto assets with pleasure, only about 1% of our users were affected by these changes,\u201d said a Cointelegraph representative of the exchange.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In August, Bloomberg reported <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bloomberg-reports-mastercard-and-visa-end-partnership-with-binance\">the termination of cooperation<\/a> between Visa and Mastercard with Binance amid regulatory headwinds. In March, <span data-descr=\"U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">CFTC<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/cftc-files-suit-against-binance-and-changpeng-zhao\">filed<\/a> a civil suit against the platform. In June, charges against Binance and its head Changpeng Zhao were <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/sec-files-suit-against-binance-and-changpeng-zhao\">brought<\/a> by the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SEC<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>In October, European users of the exchange gained the ability to <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/binance-strikes-deal-to-offer-euro-denominated-services\">deposit and withdraw funds in euros<\/a>.
