The company will be able to use Web3 technologies to create a gaming economy in which creators, gamers and streamers can control their rights to digital property.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Azarus, founded in 2018, allows streaming of gameplay and interaction with viewers, using tokens for rewards. According to open data, Animoca Brands had previously been an investor.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>In September, the blockchain-gaming operator <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/animoca-brands-raises-20-million-for-the-mocaverse-metaverse\">raised $20 million<\/a> for the Mocaverse metaverse project through the additional issuance of ordinary shares. The funding round was led by CMCC Global.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>In November 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/animoca-brands-to-launch-2-billion-fund-for-metaverse-investments\">Siu announced<\/a> that the company would create a fund of up to $2 billion for investments in metaverse companies.
