The layoffs came amid a global downturn in the non-fungible token market.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Dune dashboard <a href=\\\"https:\/\/dune.com\/sealaunch\/NFT?undefined=&#038;Select+Timeframe_ef4aff=720+days\\\">Dune<\/a>, NFT trading volumes on leading marketplaces, including OpenSea, LooksRare and Blur, had been falling since the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ftx-group-files-for-bankruptcy-sam-bankman-fried-resigns-as-ceo\">collapse of FTX<\/a>.
