The information was reported by the Telegram channel <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/shot_shot\/59367\">SHOT<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to case materials, a Moscow-based 38-year-old entrepreneur filed a police report after entering into three loan agreements with Derevyanko&#8217;s company, &#8216;Bii Soul&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Since late September 2022, he invested more than 1 million rubles in the business but did not receive the promised profits.<\/p>\n<p>The police are conducting an investigation.<\/p>\n<p>ForkLog previously reported that Derevyanko lost <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/actor-pavel-derevyanko-discusses-failed-crypto-investments\">45 million rubles<\/a> in his own crypto business.
