That vision of change represents a transformation in the financial future of our clients,\u201d the company stressed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Representatives said the rebrand will not affect operations. The Abu Dhabi branch and the subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Singapore are to submit name-change applications to align with the headquarters in Zug.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the crypto bank <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/seba-bank-secures-hong-kong-regulators-approval\">received principal approval<\/a> from the <span data-descr=\"Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SFC<\/span> to conduct activities related to digital assets in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p>In early 2022, SEBA <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/seba-crypto-bank-raises-120-million\">closed a Series C<\/a> financing round of CHF 110 million (~$120 million).
