The Block reports these figures <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/265883\/blur-dominates-almost-80-of-nft-trading-volume-as-market-activity-spikes\">The Block<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Blur has managed to strengthen its position amid a surge in user activity observed since November.<\/p>\n<p>According to the publication, last month NFT trading volume on Ethereum-based marketplaces totaled $605 million. By comparison, the figure was $306 million in October.<\/p>\n<p>Between December 1 and 4, the metric reached roughly $90 million, with around $70 million accounted for by Blur.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-852.webp\" alt=\"1-852\" class=\"wp-image-221503\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data: The Block.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The shift in leadership in the space has been evident since February this year. The daily volume on November 30 reached its highest since April 2023, at $9.3 million. The bulk of that volume was on Tensor ($5 million).<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-396.webp\" alt=\"3-396\" class=\"wp-image-221505\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data: The Block.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On November 24, Binance<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/binance-listed-blur-token-up-88-in-a-week\"> opened trading<\/a> of the Blur (BLUR) NFT marketplace token in pairs with Bitcoin, USDT and the Turkish lira. In the run-up to and after the listing there was positive momentum around the asset, driven by the hype surrounding the project&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/blur-nft-marketplace-to-airdrop-an-additional-300-million-tokens\">second season of the airdrop<\/a>, which concluded on November 21.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the launch of the L2-native yield protocol Blast<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-blast-a-ponzi-scheme-or-a-promising-source-of-passive-income\"> from the developers of the NFT platform could have influenced BLUR&#8217;s price.
