This was reported by court press secretary Maria Rakovi in an interview with <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-12-12\/montenegro-extends-do-kwon-detention-on-us-south-korea-requests?utm_source=telegram&#038;utm_content=crypto&#038;utm_medium=social&#038;sref=QkiN9npb\\\">Bloomberg<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The decision was made in response to requests from the United States and South Korea, which intend to bring the crypto entrepreneur to account on the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/terras-death-spiral-how-and-why-luna-and-ust-collapsed\">collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>In November, the High Court of Montenegro <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/montenegro-court-approves-extradition-of-do-kwon\">approved extradition<\/a> of Do Kwon, leaving the minister of justice the option to choose the country.
