According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbc.ru\/finances\/12\/12\/2023\/657845419a79474c2994906b\">\u0420\u0411\u041a<\/a>, citing deputy head of Rosfinmonitoring German Neglyada.<\/p>\n<p>He said that, in the absence of sector-specific laws for the Bitcoin market, the jurisdiction is considered risky.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abFor more effective countering of crime [using cryptocurrencies], regulatory measures must be taken. We have repeatedly said that the resolution of this issue has been delayed\u00bb, \u2014 noted Neglyada.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He also added that regulation should require compliance with anti-money-laundering legislation by exchanges and exchangers.
