The Paxos <a href=\"https:\/\/paxos.com\/2023-enterprise-digital-asset-adoption-report\/\">report<\/a> says.<\/p>\n<p>The sample included 400 firms with at least 5 million users and <span data-descr=\"assets under management\" class=\"old_tooltip\">AUM<\/span> or annual payments volume of at least $50 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The study showed that respondents continue to face various barriers and challenges that hinder the integration of crypto solutions. 56% of respondents cited this.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;The resilience of digital assets and blockchain in the face of market upheavals, economic headwinds and the need for greater regulatory clarity reflects the long-term value that companies place on the technology,&#8221;<\/em> the document says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-864.webp\" alt=\"1-864\" class=\"wp-image-222244\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Source: Paxos.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>51% of respondents cited market volatility as a barrier, while 43% mentioned the costs associated with implementing projects.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the challenges, fewer than 2% of respondents cited a lack of belief in the benefits of <span data-descr=\"distributed ledger technology\" class=\"old_tooltip\">DLT<\/span> as an obstacle.<\/p>\n<p>The authors said that nearly 80% of the surveyed companies have blockchain development teams, and 60% planned to hire more staff to carry out these functions in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in November, Paxos <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/paxos-to-launch-new-u-s-dollar-backed-stablecoin\">received<\/a> principal approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to issue a dollar-pegged stablecoin.<\/p>\n<p>On 7 August, the infrastructure company <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/paypal-launches-paypal-usd-stablecoin-pyusd\">launched<\/a> PayPal&#8217;s PYUSD stablecoin on the Ethereum network.<\/p>\n<p>The asset <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/crypto-community-weighs-paypals-stablecoin-prospects\">has elicited a mixed reaction<\/a> among crypto-community participants.
