Participants can nominate other content creators or themselves.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe more valid and diverse nominations you submit, the higher the chance for nominees to make the shortlist,\u201d states the award page.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Candidates will be evaluated based on several criteria:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the number and diversity of valid nominations;<\/li>\n<li>measurable impact, such as audience size and follower count;<\/li>\n<li>engagement metrics \u2014 views, likes, shares;<\/li>\n<li>contribution to industry development: promoting technology adoption, shaping public opinion, supporting the community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Those who pass the selection will proceed to the community voting stage, which will take place from October 15 to 26 on the Binance Square platform. Only verified exchange users will have voting rights.<\/p>\n<p>Binance will announce the winners on November 3, 2025. The award ceremony will be held on December 3 during Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai.
