I am delighted to announce that today we are launching a specialized artificial intelligence laboratory in the Alem.ai building,\u201d the entrepreneur stated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He noted that over the past few months, the company has been working on new technology at the intersection of blockchain and AI. According to Durov, it will enable more than a billion people to use artificial intelligence functions confidentially, transparently, and efficiently.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe hope that the Kazakh supercomputer cluster will become the first major provider of computing power for this network,\u201d added the head of Telegram.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mini-applications within Telegram will be the first users of the technology.<\/p>\n<p>At Digital Bridge 2025, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held discussions with Durov.
