On October 10, U.S. President Donald Trump announced 100% tariffs on Chinese imports. The sell-off affected stocks of firms focused on Bitcoin mining.<\/p>\n<p>The rally was led by Bitfarms and Cipher Mining, whose shares jumped by <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/BITF\/\">28%<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/CIFR\/\">19.8%<\/a> respectively. Shares of <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/HUT\/\">Hut 8<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/IREN\/\">IREN<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/MARA\/\">MARA<\/a> rose by more than 4%.<\/p>\n<p>The recovery was aided by Trump&#8217;s softened stance.
