Experts believe investors view the price dip as a &#8220;leverage reset&#8221; rather than a shift in the long-term trend.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Positive Signal<\/h2>\n<p>Vetle Lunde, Head of Research at K33, considers the current drop in bitcoin&#8217;s price a good entry point into the market, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/10\/14\/bitcoin-s-leverage-flush-favors-accumulation-k33-says\">CoinDesk<\/a>. He believes the asset will stabilize following the large-scale liquidation of leveraged positions.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Following the recent leverage purge, we remain bullish on the leading cryptocurrency, though patience remains key,&#8221; the expert wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Lunde noted that in the short term, liquidity might remain low as traders recover from forced sales. However, the analyst emphasized that similar past events have often marked market bottoms.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that current price levels are attractive for increasing activity in the spot market.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;We find current levels attractive for building spot BTC positions as leverage has been aggressively flushed out,&#8221; he declared.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Among other positive factors, the expert highlighted strong institutional demand, expectations of easing <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/how-the-feds-policy-rate-affects-cryptocurrency-prices\">monetary policy<\/a>, and upcoming catalysts related to <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-a-cryptocurrency-etf\">ETFs<\/a>.
