They are joined by payment systems Mastercard and Visa, as well as tech companies Cloudflare and AWS.<\/p>\n<p>The project is also supported by <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-a-market-maker\">market makers<\/a> Wintermute and GSR, exchanges Coinbase and Kraken, wallets <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-metamask\">MetaMask<\/a> and Ledger, protocols <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-aave\">Aave<\/a> and Uniswap Labs.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Mitchnick of BlackRock noted that exploring Arc will provide insights into how <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-are-stablecoins\">stablecoin<\/a> settlements can enhance capital market efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>In the future, Circle plans to transfer network governance to the community of participants. The company envisions Arc as a neutral and collaboratively governed layer of economic infrastructure on the internet.<\/p>\n<p>Back in August, Circle <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/circle-to-launch-stablecoin-focused-blockchain-arc\">announced<\/a> the launch of its own blockchain.
