The blockchain has operated without interruption for more than a decade.<\/p>\n<p>To enhance scalability and reduce costs, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-a-layer%e2%80%912-solution-in-blockchain\">layer-two solutions<\/a> are employed, with a total value locked (TVL) exceeding $50 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation noted the importance of privacy for institutional clients. To this end, the ecosystem is advancing <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-a-zero-knowledge-proof\">zero-knowledge technologies<\/a>, fully homomorphic encryption, and trusted execution environments.<\/p>\n<p>Stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets (<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-are-rwas-real-world-assets\">RWA<\/a>) were identified as key elements for attracting traditional finance. According to EF, Ethereum accounts for over 60% of the stablecoin supply and 75% of all RWA.<\/p>\n<p>The Ethereum Foundation also highlighted the network&#8217;s dominance in the DeFi sector, accounting for 67% of global TVL. Projects for <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-staking-and-how-to-make-money-from-it\">staking<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-restaking-and-how-to-make-money-from-it\">restaking<\/a> were singled out as important components for institutional adoption.<\/p>\n<p>Foundation representatives stressed that the site is a &#8220;living resource&#8221; that will be continuously updated. The projects listed are informational and not recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>Back in October, Ethereum Foundation <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ethereum-foundation-assembles-team-to-enhance-privacy\">formed<\/a> a team of 47 specialists to enhance the privacy of the network&#8217;s base layer.<\/p>\n<p>Later, EF <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ethereum-surpasses-solana-and-bitcoin-in-attracting-new-developers\">reported<\/a> that the number of developers in the ecosystem of the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization had increased by 16,181 since the beginning of 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EF has launched a website for institutional clients.
