On November 4th, the creators of the meme token doNONdo (DND10) announced<\/a> the launch of the world’s first digital nomad state\u2014State Without a State<\/span> (SWS). The official proclamation is scheduled for November 5th.<\/p>\n

The declaration will take the form of a collective practice of inactivity. Project community members worldwide will simultaneously spend at least 10 minutes doing nothing<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\u201cParticipants are encouraged to visualize and embody the positive qualities of SWS\u2014peaceful, creative, and transformative influences on millions of living beings on the planet,\u201d the announcement states.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The founders of doNONdo have sent an official notification to the UN<\/span> regarding the emergence of this new state structure and their readiness to delegate representatives to the organization’s permanent assembly.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur initiative is based on the universal and cosmic right of all living beings to unite with like-minded individuals according to any principles or interests. We do not claim territories or challenge sovereignties\u2014simply affirm the right of every living being to self-determination,\u201d stated project creator Miao Shan.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Participation in SWS is \u201copen to all living beings,\u201d including algorithms and artificial intelligence. Community members are required to comply with the laws of their respective countries.<\/p>\n

According to the founder, the \u201cState Without a State\u201d offers a constructive way out of the post-capitalist reality impasse through imagination and digital consensus.<\/p>\n

doNONdo<\/a> emerged in 2024. At that time, the project team published a white paper<\/a> and introduced the tokenomics<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In January 2025, developers launched<\/a> the Marathon\u2014an initiative to popularize the practice of inactivity. During the first episode of the marathon, doNONdo distributed 100 million DND10 (~$100,000).<\/p>\n
