They are categorized as &#8220;active and in the pre-launch stage.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, listing does not guarantee the launch of XRP ETFs, as the final decision rests with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Community Opinions<\/h2>\n<p>Market participants anticipate the launch of XRP ETFs this month. The SEC recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/newsroom\/whats-new\/updated-division-corporation-finance-actions-advance-potential-government-shutdown-october-09-2025\">implemented<\/a> general listing standards that allow for expedited approval without procedural delays. As a result, the funds could begin operations by mid or late November.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Grayscale and Bitwise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/2039525\/000121390025104765\/ea0263112-s1a4_bitwise.htm\">disclosed<\/a> the fee structures for their XRP products. During the same period, the realized profit volume in the network increased by ~240%\u2014from $65 million to $220 million per day. A seven-day simple moving average was used for the calculation.<\/p>\n<p>Experts believe this trend indicates sales in a weak market.
