The product was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/2039505\/000135445725001122\/XRPC_8-A_Cert_2039505.pdf\">launched<\/a> by Canary Capital.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-ed6c22ac63c2005d-9444818588348359.webp\" alt=\"image\" class=\"wp-image-269690\" style=\"width:580px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">XRPC listing application. Source: SEC.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On Thursday, Nasdaq officially notified the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of receiving Canary&#8217;s application via form 8-A. This step allows for &#8220;automatic&#8221; listing approval. <\/p>\n<p>The exchange-traded fund holds XRP through custodians Gemini Trust Company and BitGo Trust Company, using the CoinDesk XRP CCIXber benchmark for pricing.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing, XRPC&#8217;s trading volume exceeded $36 million, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/sosovalue.com\/assets\/etf\/us-xrp-spot\">SoSoValue<\/a>.
