This was announced by Mykhailo Fedorov, the Minister of Digital Transformation.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/js\/telegram-widget.js?22\" data-telegram-post=\"zedigital\/6328\" data-width=\"100%\"><\/script><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe are starting to work with Nvidia, a global leader in computing infrastructure for artificial intelligence. We have already launched the AI Factory project, which will bring a powerful state AI infrastructure from Nvidia to Ukraine. [\u2026] This is a matter of national security and data protection,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Fedorov added that the state will gain access to the world&#8217;s best technologies and will be able to create a sustainable and independent AI infrastructure for the public and defense sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The key areas of the initiative include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>support in creating a national technical environment based on Nvidia solutions;<\/li>\n<li>talent and education development;<\/li>\n<li>joint <span data-descr=\"research and development projects\" class=\"old_tooltip\">R&#038;D<\/span> projects;<\/li>\n<li>support for the startup ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first joint project is Diia AI LLM.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis is a sovereign language model trained on Ukrainian data, legislation, and public services,\u201d Fedorov noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>All AI solutions in the Diia ecosystem will be based on this neural network\u2014from the assistant on the portal to the future voice assistant in the application.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cCollaboration with NVIDIA is an important step towards an agent state that acts proactively and uses artificial intelligence for solutions that help people,\u201d the official concluded.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In September, Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ukraine-launches-state-ai-agent-on-diia-portal\">launched<\/a> the \u201cworld&#8217;s first\u201d state AI agent on the Diia portal.
