The technology for labeling such videos has been enhanced.<\/p>\n<p>This new functionality will be available under the section &#8216;Settings and Privacy&#8217; \u2014> &#8216;Content Preferences&#8217; \u2014> &#8216;Manage Topics&#8217;. Source: ForkLog.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Managing topics already allows people to adjust the frequency of content viewing across more than 10 categories, such as &#8216;Dance&#8217;, &#8216;Sports&#8217;, &#8216;Food and Drinks&#8217;,&#8221; the company blog states.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This announcement from TikTok comes at a time when other companies like OpenAI and Meta are launching services dedicated to AI-generated content.<\/p>\n<p>In September, the corporation behind Facebook <a href=\"https:\/\/about.fb.com\/news\/2025\/09\/introducing-vibes-ai-videos\/\">released<\/a> Vibes, a service for creating and distributing short AI-generated videos.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, the developer of ChatGPT introduced Sora, a media platform for generating and publishing AI videos.<\/p>\n<p>Since the service&#8217;s launch, TikTok has been publishing realistic videos created using <span data-descr=\"large language models\" class=\"old_tooltip\">LLM<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The option to adjust the amount of AI content in feeds will be available in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Labeling Technology<\/h2>\n<p>TikTok requires users to label realistic AI-generated content. This is done using Content Credentials technology from C2PA, which embeds metadata into the material.<\/p>\n<p>The company noted that such labels might be removed when re-uploading or editing videos on other platforms. Therefore, it plans to integrate &#8220;invisible watermarks&#8221; to add another layer of protection that is harder to remove.<\/p>\n<p>The new labeling will begin appearing on content created using TikTok tools like AI Editor Pro.<\/p>\n<p>Back in August, a TikTok employee under the pseudonym Kevin <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/content-moderators-report-80-error-rate-in-ai-systems\">stated<\/a> that artificial intelligence complicates rather than simplifies the work of content moderators.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TikTok is set to introduce a new feature allowing users to select the amount of AI-generated content in their feeds.
