By the end of the 2025 fiscal year, its revenue <a href=\"https:\/\/investors.cleanspark.com\/news\/news-details\/2025\/CleanSpark-Reports-Transformative-FY-2025-Results\/default.aspx\">increased<\/a> by 102%, reaching $766.3 million.<\/p>\n<p>Net profit amounted to $364.5 million, a stark contrast to the previous year&#8217;s loss of $145.8 million. The adjusted <span data-descr=\"earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization\" class=\"old_tooltip\">EBITDA<\/span> rose from $245.8 million to $823.4 million.<\/p>\n<p>CEO Matt Schultz announced the transformation of the business into a &#8220;comprehensive computing platform.&#8221; The firm plans to generate revenue from both bitcoin mining and data processing services for neural networks. The operational <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-are-hashrate-and-mining-difficulty-in-cryptocurrencies\">hashrate<\/a> of the miner has already exceeded 50 EH\/s.<\/p>\n<p>Company President Gary Vecchiarelli confirmed the availability of resources for a swift transition into a leading AI infrastructure provider.<\/p>\n<p>The financial stability of the new strategy was ensured by raising $1.15 billion through the issuance of zero-coupon bonds. The company will allocate these funds to acquire capacities, develop data centers, and repay loans. Part of the capital <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/cleanspark-inc-announces-closing-of-upsized-1-15-billion-zero-coupon-convertible-notes-offering-302615019.html\">was used<\/a> for a $460 million share buyback.<\/p>\n<p>In October, CleanSpark <a href=\"https:\/\/investors.cleanspark.com\/news\/news-details\/2025\/CleanSpark-Announces-Business-Evolution-from-Pure-Play-Bitcoin-Miner-to-Include-AI-Compute-Hires-Industry-Veteran-Jeffrey-Thomas-as-SVP-of-AI-Data-Centers\/default.aspx\">hired<\/a> former Humain executive Jeffrey Thomas to manage the AI division.
