This new status applies to the asset across networks such as <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/aptos-the-next-generation-of-blockchain-platforms\">Aptos<\/a>, Celo, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-cosmos-atom\">Cosmos<\/a>, Kaia, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-the-near-protocol-blockchain-and-cryptocurrency\">NEAR<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-polkadot-dot\">Polkadot<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-tezos-xtz\">Tezos<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-ton\">TON<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-tron-trx\">TRON<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the regulator had approved <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-tether-usdt\">USDT<\/a> based on Ethereum, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-solana-sol\">Solana<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-avalanche-avax\">Avalanche<\/a>. Now, institutions licensed in ADGM are authorized to conduct operations with the &#8220;stablecoin&#8221; on nearly all supported blockchains.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s CEO, Paolo Ardoino, described this as a step towards strengthening Abu Dhabi&#8217;s position as a global financial hub.<\/p>\n<p>Circle has obtained a Financial Services Permission (FSP) license. This document allows the firm to operate as a money transfer operator.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, the platform issuing <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-the-usdc-stablecoin\">USDC<\/a> appointed Dr. Saeeda Jaffar as Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa region. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President at Visa in the Gulf countries. Jaffar will focus on developing partnerships with local banks and implementing payment solutions.<\/p>\n<p>On December 8, Binance also announced it had received a license in this jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>The exchange&#8217;s CEO, Richard Teng, called the event a significant milestone.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This is an important milestone for Binance. Now our global operations and liquidity are under full end-to-end supervision,&#8221; he stated.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to Teng, obtaining the license confirms the reliability of the business foundation and the commitment to creating the most transparent platform. He added that this decision strengthens the commitment to &#8220;responsible innovation&#8221; and the mission to attract a billion users to the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The expansion into the Middle East occurs amid a shift in market balance in Europe.
