It allows users to specify a particular folder where the bot can read or modify files. Further instructions can be provided through the standard chat interface.<\/p>\n<p>The service resembles an isolated version of Claude Code but requires significantly less technical knowledge to set up.<\/p>\n<p>Cowork is built on the Claude Agent SDK. It uses the same base model as Claude Code.<\/p>\n<p>The folder division allows for easy management of files accessible to the new tool. Since the application does not require a command line or virtual environment, it is less complex for users without technical expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, Cowork is available to Max subscribers. A waiting list has been launched for users on other plans.<\/p>\n<p>The service opens up \u201ca new world of potential use cases.\u201d Anthropic provided an example of compiling an expense report from a folder of receipt photos. Claude Code users employ the system for media management, social media post scanning, or conversation analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Cowork is designed to perform a range of actions without user intervention. This carries certain risks if the tool receives unclear or contradictory instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Anthropic warned of the possibility of sudden command inputs or file deletions. The company recommends using clear and unambiguous prompts.<\/p>\n<p>Launched in November 2024, Claude Code became one of the firm&#8217;s most successful products. It allows the use of the Claude AI model directly within the development process, rather than as a separate chat.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Healthcare<\/h2>\n<p>Following the presentation of <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/openai-launches-chatgpt-health-for-medical-consultations\">ChatGPT Health by OpenAI<\/a>, Anthropic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anthropic.com\/news\/healthcare-life-sciences\">announced<\/a> the release of Claude for Healthcare \u2014 a set of tools for healthcare providers and patients.<\/p>\n<p>The service allows synchronization of health data from smartphones, smartwatches, and other platforms. It can:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>process electronic medical records, clinical reports, medical histories, lab data, and treatment instructions;<\/li>\n<li>summarize lengthy texts;<\/li>\n<li>extract key data from records;<\/li>\n<li>prepare reports and explanations;<\/li>\n<li>answer questions using medical sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anthropic added \u201cconnectors\u201d that allow AI to access platforms and databases to expedite research and report generation.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cDoctors often report spending more time on documentation and paperwork than on patient care,\u201d said Anthropic&#8217;s Chief Product Officer Mike Krieger.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>For them, filing documents is more of an administrative task than one requiring special training and expertise. Therefore, the process should be automated, according to the AI company.<\/p>\n<p>People are increasingly relying on <span data-descr=\"large language models\" class=\"old_tooltip\">LLM<\/span> for medical matters.
