The way we design, invest, and collaborate to create infrastructure will become a strategic advantage,&#8221; Zuckerberg wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The entrepreneur named three leaders who will head the project:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Santosh Janardhan, head of global infrastructure, who has been with the company since 2009. He will oversee the creation of &#8220;technical architecture, software stack, chip manufacturing programs, as well as the construction and operation of a global data center fleet and network&#8221;;<\/li>\n<li>Daniel Gross, who joined Meta a year ago. He will lead a new group responsible for &#8220;long-term capacity development strategy, supplier partnerships, industry analysis, planning, and business modeling&#8221;;<\/li>\n<li>Dina Powell McCormick, a former government official, will engage with authorities to help &#8220;create, deploy, and finance Meta&#8217;s infrastructure.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In November 2025, the corporation <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/meta-ventures-into-power-trading-to-fuel-ai-ambitions\">plans<\/a> to start trading electricity to accelerate the construction of new plants in the US. These are crucial for its AI ambitions.<\/p>\n<p>Too few electricity buyers are willing to commit to the long-term obligations necessary to attract investment. Energy trading will allow Meta to enter into more such agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Stable energy supply is becoming an increasingly pressing issue for tech giants like Meta, Microsoft, and Google.
