The number of asset users worldwide reached 530 million.<\/p>\n<p>The total value of Tether&#8217;s reserves rose to approximately $192.9 billion. By the end of January, the company&#8217;s reserves in 140 tons of gold <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/tether-amasses-23-billion-in-gold-stored-in-swiss-nuclear-bunker\">reached $23 billion<\/a>, with Tether utilizing a former nuclear bunker in Switzerland for storage.<\/p>\n<p>The firm&#8217;s investment portfolio reached $20 billion. Investments in promising sectors such as energy, AI, media, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/tether-backed-firms-launch-mica-compliant-stablecoins-in-europe\">fintech<\/a>, agriculture, and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/tether-acquires-459-million-in-bitcoin-for-twenty-one-capital\">treasury companies<\/a> were financed through profits and excess capital.
