The company&#8217;s name is undisclosed due to contractual terms.<\/p>\n<p>According to the offer on the Liquidity.io platform, the instrument is aimed at accredited investors.<\/p>\n<p>Key parameters:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Yield: <\/strong>The target rate is approximately 11% per annum, assuming the token is held until the end of the lease term in 2028;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payouts:<\/strong> Monthly in U.S. dollars from the lease cash flow;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price: <\/strong>The cost of one token is $100;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entry threshold: <\/strong>The minimum purchase is 10 tokens ($1000).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ETHZilla CEO McAndrew Rudisill stated that the project opens access to markets historically available only to private equity funds and institutional lenders.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BlackRock and Ethereum<\/h2>\n<p>Asset management firm BlackRock <a href=\"https:\/\/fintel.io\/so\/mx\/bmnr\/blackrock\">increased<\/a> its stake in BitMine by 166% in the fourth quarter of 2025. The value of the share package reached $246 million.<\/p>\n<p>The investment giant went against the market trend. The price of Ethereum fell by 40% over the month. Head of Digital Asset Research at Standard Chartered, Geoffrey Kendrick, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/standard-chartered-predicts-bitcoin-drop-to-50000-before-rebound\">suggested<\/a> a further decline to $1400.<\/p>\n<p>BitMine is the second-largest company holding Ethereum on its balance sheet. Amid the crypto market crash, its shares have fallen by 67.97% over the past six months, reaching $19.74.
