The combined company will offer a full range of services\u2014from brokerage and trading to custodial storage, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-staking-and-how-to-make-money-from-it\">staking<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-are-tokenised-assets\">asset tokenization<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The new entity will employ approximately 300 staff members and will have a unified management team.<\/p>\n<p>The financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2026-02-13\/boerse-stuttgart-to-merge-crypto-arm-with-trading-firm-tradias\">Bloomberg<\/a> sources, Tradias is valued at around \u20ac200 million, while the combined company&#8217;s worth will exceed $590 million.<\/p>\n<p>BSG is expanding its crypto division through its subsidiary Boerse Stuttgart Digital, in compliance with the European <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-markets-in-crypto-assets-mica\">MiCA<\/a> regulation. Tradias is the digital arm of Bankhaus Scheich, holding a BaFin license for securities trading.<\/p>\n<p>Boerse Stuttgart Group CEO Matthias Voelkel described the merger as a step towards consolidating the European crypto market.
