The company&#8217;s balance now stands at 717,722 BTC. Since August 2020, Strategy has spent approximately $54.6 billion to build its bitcoin reserve, averaging $76,020 per coin. At the time of writing, these assets are valued at around $47.4 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Saylor <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/michael-saylor-asserts-strategy-will-withstand-bitcoins-fall-to-8000\">assured<\/a> that the company would maintain financial stability even if the price of the leading cryptocurrency dropped to $8,000.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BitMine<\/h2>\n<p>BitMine&#8217;s reserves have reached $9.6 billion, comprising cryptocurrencies, fiat, and venture investments.<\/p>\n<p>As of February 22, the firm&#8217;s balance sheet includes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4.42 million ETH (3.66% of the market supply);<\/li>\n<li>193 BTC;<\/li>\n<li>$691 million in cash;<\/li>\n<li>shares in Beast Industries <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bitmine-invests-200-million-in-mrbeasts-venture\">worth $200 million<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>shares in Eightco Holdings worth $17 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the past week alone, BitMine acquired 51,162 ETH. The company&#8217;s chairman, Tom Lee, described the price decline as an attractive opportunity to bolster reserves.<\/p>\n<p>The platform actively leverages its assets to generate profit. BitMine has locked 3.04 million ETH, valued at approximately $6 billion (69% of its total ether holdings), in <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-staking-and-how-to-make-money-from-it\">staking<\/a>. The current yield is 2.89%, generating $171 million annually.<\/p>\n<p>In 2026, the firm plans to launch its own validator network, MAVAN.
