The platform offers two types of contracts:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>long-term with expiration up to five years and daily settlement;<\/li>\n<li>short-term with monthly or quarterly terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For Bitcoin, Ethereum, and indices, the maximum leverage is 10x. For other products, it is up to 5x. The base fee starts at 0.02% per contract.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tokenized Stocks from Nasdaq and Kraken<\/h2>\n<p>Meanwhile, Nasdaq <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/finance\/stocks\/nasdaq-partners-with-kraken-in-tokenization-push-135e8112\">has agreed<\/a> with Kraken to develop a platform for issuing and trading <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-are-rwas-real-world-assets\">tokenized<\/a> stocks. According to The Wall Street Journal, the launch is scheduled for early 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Token holders will have the same rights as regular shareholders, including dividend payments and voting rights. Blockchain technology will automate these processes and expedite settlements.<\/p>\n<p>Kraken will act as a distribution partner. The digital stocks will be offered to exchange clients outside the US, primarily in Europe. The project builds on Nasdaq&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nasdaq-prioritizes-tokenized-stocks\">September application<\/a> to the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SEC<\/span>. The exchange has requested regulatory approval for parallel trading of regular and tokenized securities.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Nasdaq <a href=\"https:\/\/view.news.eu.nasdaq.com\/view?id=be351d0b3268dc7f2e400cc259f8ce77e&#038;lang=en&#038;src=rss\">has partnered<\/a> with the Centurion platform (owned by the <span data-descr=\"operator of the second-largest stock exchange in Germany\" class=\"old_tooltip\">Boerse Stuttgart Group<\/span>).
