Last week, the company sold 10,028,363 shares for approximately $1 billion \u2014 the second-largest STRC issuance in history.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The company continues to buy bitcoin despite &#8220;paper&#8221; losses: in the first quarter of 2026, they <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/strategy-acquires-4871-btc-amid-saylor-and-schiff-debate\">amounted to<\/a> $14.46 billion.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A British MP Joins the Game<\/h2>\n<p>British MP and co-founder of the Reform UK party, Nigel Farage, purchased 37 BTC for $2.7 million for Stack BTC. The firm offers Britons access to bitcoin through public markets.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BitMine Keeps Pace<\/h2>\n<p>Meanwhile, the largest Ethereum treasury, BitMine, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/bitmine-immersion-technologies-bmnr-announces-eth-holdings-reach-4-875-million-tokens-and-total-crypto-and-total-cash-holdings-of-11-8-billion-302740122.html\">acquired<\/a> 71,524 ETH for $156.35 million. The company now holds a total of 4.8 million ETH valued at $10.66 billion, representing 4.04% of the total supply of the leading altcoin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The firm&#8217;s plans include accumulating 5% of Ethereum&#8217;s issuance.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWe have maintained an elevated pace of ETH purchases for the fourth consecutive week.
