A key feature is that a large portion of the supply is tied not to timeframes but to the achievement of specific metrics. Such conditional <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-staking-and-how-to-make-money-from-it\">staking<\/a> rewards account for 53.3% of the tokens.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/js\/telegram-widget.js?23\" data-telegram-post=\"forklog\/47026\" data-width=\"100%\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>MEGA trading commenced on several major platforms, including Binance, KuCoin, and Bitget. At the time of writing, the asset&#8217;s price stands at $0.1, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/ru.tradingview.com\/chart\/atJ4mYHE\/?symbol=BITGET%3AMEGAUSDT\">TradingView<\/a>. Following the listing, quotes fell by 21%.<\/p>\n<p>Only participants of the Sonar Sale received the full amount of coins, while others in the rewards program received only a portion.<\/p>\n<p>MegaETH is positioned as a high-performance scaling solution for Ethereum, focused on real-time on-chain applications and consumer scenarios.<\/p>\n<p>The project aims for a throughput of 100,000 <span data-descr=\"transactions per second\" class=\"old_tooltip\">TPS<\/span> and nearly instant finalization of operations. As of last week, approximately 62.9 million coins were in circulation, about 13% of the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-are-rollups-and-how-do-they-scale-ethereum\">rollup<\/a>&#8216;s stated goal of reaching 500 million in issuance.<\/p>\n<p>The MegaETH Foundation intends to direct all revenues from the use of USDm towards the buyback and accumulation of MEGA.<\/p>\n<p>Back in February, the L2 network team <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/megaeth-team-launches-public-mainnet\">launched<\/a> the public mainnet.
