The company plans to invest an additional $1 billion of its own funds to establish a facility in New Albany, New York.<\/p>\n<p>The list also includes GlobalFoundries, PsiQuantum, Quantinuum, Infleqtion, Atom Computing, D-Wave Quantum, Rigetti, and Diraq.
