Standing at 136 cm tall, the model is designed for interacting with visitors, navigation, and interactive communication in public spaces.

The robot features 42 degrees of freedom. The peak torque of the knee joint is 132 Nm, with a power output exceeding 2000 W per leg. Its computational performance reaches 100 TOPS. Large language models Doubao and Tencent are used for user interaction.

Keenon considers XMAN-L1 part of its own service robotics ecosystem. The company already offers solutions for delivery, hospitality, logistics, and cleaning. The new addition expands the XMAN line of humanoid platforms, reinforcing the focus on commercial applications of humanoids.

ID for Robots

The release coincides with significant changes in the Chinese market. The country has launched a national platform for tracking humanoid robots throughout their lifecycle, from production to disposal.

The program is overseen by the Standardization Committee for Humanoid Robotics and Embodied Intelligence under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China.

Each robot will be assigned a unique 29-digit identifier. The code includes the brand, manufacturer, model, serial number, hardware specifications, intelligence level, and factory registration data.

The authorities intend to use the platform for device tracking, risk management, and standardizing industry practices.

Back in May, Figure AI launched a live 10-hour experiment where robots competed with humans in sorting packages.

Chinese company Keenon Robotics has introduced the humanoid robot XMAN-L1 for service applications.

[3
438,652
post-97674","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-and-analysis","tag-artificial-intelligence","tag-robots
["GET
