This score considers corporate events and metrics, potential impact on trading outcomes, market significance, regulatory restrictions, unconventional insider information, and national security aspects.<\/p>\n<p>If a market receives a high-risk rating, the platform requests employer information from the user. Kalshi then checks whether the trader might have access to significant non-public information and, if necessary, restricts their participation.<\/p>\n<p>Market pages now also feature tools for reporting suspicious activity. The changes took effect immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Kalshi also disclosed enforcement statistics for the first quarter.
