The CFTC claims that through this scheme, Debiex misappropriated funds from at least five &#8220;investors.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit also names Zhang Cheng Yang as a defendant. The platform allegedly used his cryptocurrency wallet to misappropriate funds from at least one victim.
