The DeFi project yEarn.Finance has acquired Cover Protocol’s peer-to-peer insurance market, completing the fourth deal of the week.

The creator of yEarn.Finance, Andre Cronje, said that Cover would become the base provider of insurance coverage for the project he developed and for the DeFi market as a whole.
The CLAIM token will be available for borrowing and posting as collateral. yEarn.Finance will obtain coverage for its vaults and will be able to offer its users lower-risk products.
According to Cronje, the merger of the two projects will optimise, expand and strengthen the work already underway.
Earlier this week, yEarn.Finance integrated with the lending protocol Cream, the Pickle Finance project and the Argent wallet.
