The cryptocurrency exchange service YellowChanger has announced a reduction in swap times to five minutes, as reported to ForkLog by representatives of the project.
According to YellowChanger representatives, full automation of the service has reduced the average time for exchanging one cryptocurrency for another to three minutes. Transfers to bank cards take up to 30 minutes.
Additionally, in July, the trading platform extended its customer support hours. Users can now seek assistance 24/7 via the YellowChanger Telegram bot.
“Thanks to automation, we have significantly reduced exchange times while providing clients with the assurance that a competent specialist can oversee their transaction at any time of day,” commented platform representatives.
YellowChanger is a service that supports over 1300 exchange directions for digital assets and fiat currencies through its website and Telegram bot. The platform charges 1% for cryptocurrency swaps and 3% for card withdrawals.
The platform is registered in the Seychelles and has been operational since 2023. YellowChanger users receive 40% of the commissions from referred friends. A referral link is available in the personal account after registering on the website.
YellowChanger sends clients assets that have passed AML checks through the AMLBot service. Upon receiving funds from a client, the platform reserves the right to halt the transaction if the risk score is high.
“We offer anonymous exchanges; however, if the AML risk exceeds 80%, the service may automatically suspend the transaction. Depending on the scoring level, we may simply ask about the origin of the coins or request documents verifying the user’s identity. After successful verification, we complete the exchange according to the trading platform’s rules,” noted YellowChanger.
The exchange provides business owners with an API for creating their own exchange services and accepting payments. To do this, one needs to register on the website and link their Telegram account. To receive special service conditions, it is necessary to inform YellowChanger’s support staff about one’s activities or traffic source.
