YouTube influencer Logan Paul invests in Bitcoin cashback platform Lolli in $10 million Series A

Lolli, the company that offers Bitcoin cashback on online purchases, raised $10 million in its Series A round led by venture firm Acrew Capital.

Other early investors in Lolli included Alexis Ohanian of Seven Seven Six, 3K VC, Gabriel Leydon and Forerunner Ventures, as well as Banana Capital, Up North Management and Animal Capital.

Among the participants in the round was the popular YouTuber and professional boxer Logan Paul.

“Lolli is at the forefront of popularising Bitcoin and making it accessible to a broad audience. I’m thrilled to invest and help drive the growth of a company that enables users to earn and learn about this new asset class,” he said.

The funding will be used to hire new staff, expand partnerships, and develop the newly launched mobile app.

In March 2021, the company closed a $5 million pre-seed round.

In 2020, Lolli raised $3 million in seed funding from Pathfinder, the Peter Thiel-founded Founders Fund, Ashton Kutcher’s Sound Ventures, Craft Ventures, Company Ventures, Ventures Chapter One, and others.
