KuCoin Launches Liquidswap IEO

On June 24, cryptocurrency exchange KuCoin initiated the initial exchange offering (IEO) of the Liquidswap (LSD) project on its Spotlight platform. The token sale is set to conclude on July 27, 2024, according to a press release.

Liquidswap is an automated market maker (AMM) operating on the Aptos network and utilizing the Move programming language. The project is developed by the Pontem Network team with backing from venture firms Lightspeed, Faction, and Pantera.

A total of 420,000 LSD is allocated for the IEO. KuCoin will distribute 3,000 tickets, each granting the right to purchase 140 LSD at a price of 0.7142 USDT per token. The platform will unlock 40% of the tokens during the TGE, with the remaining 60% released over three months.

To participate, users need to join the token sale on KuCoin Spotlight. The exchange will take hourly snapshots of users’ USDT and KCS balances until July 27.

KuCoin will determine the winners on July 28, announce the results on July 29, and distribute the tokens on July 30.
