Binance Introduces Token Pre-Market with SCR from Scroll as Debut

On October 11, the cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced the launch of a pre-market featuring real tokens instead of derivatives. The first token to be featured is SCR from the Scroll Layer 2 network.

The platform was announced in September.

Binance has combined Binance Spot and Binance Launchpool to implement the pre-market.

Assets are added to the Binance Launchpool farming platform before being listed on the spot market. Binance Pre-Market allows them to be bought or sold before the main release.

The pre-market is not available in all countries and regions. Acquired tokens cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account until listing.

Exchange representatives highlighted the advantages:

• no fees;
• the opportunity to capitalize on early market movements;
• Launchpool users can start trading assets received during distribution.
